At Charter and Go, multi–quote refers to the process of generating and comparing multiple price proposals for a single trip request. Instead of sending one price at a time, at the time of quote you can select for several options simultaneously by selecting the aircraft and pricing you want to present, and then forward them on to your client in a single, streamlined step.
How it works in practice:
- Shop & Select – Search for aircraft availability and pricing. Pick the quotes you’d like to share with your customer.
- Send as eQuote – Once satisfied, turn your selections into an electronic quote so the client can choose the option that best fits their needs.
- Deliver the Quote – Email it as a PDF or send it electronically through the Charter and Go platform.
Why it matters:
- Simultaneous offers: Clients see multiple options at once rather than waiting for quotes one by one.
- Competitive pricing: Side-by-side comparisons ensure the best value.
- Streamlined process: Automated software reduces manual back-and-forth for both brokers and operators.
- Broader selection: Clients gain access to a wider pool of aircraft, often uncovering options they wouldn’t otherwise think of.
