Keller based Charter and Go’s COO, Ben Vinod has published a new book that showcases the unique challengers and value of revenue management in the hotel industry.

Ben Vinod serves as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Charter and Go. His focus is to create value in the charter industry with the next wave of business innovations to create competitive advantage for Charter and Go’s customers.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Scientist at Sabre, a travel technology company, from 2008 – 2020, focused on advanced travel solutions. He initiated and ran the Artificial Intelligence Special Interest Group at Sabre to accelerate adoption of AI and Machine Learning methods.
He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management. He is the author of The Evolution of Yield Management in the Airline Industry: Origins to the Last Frontier and Revenue Management in the Lodging Industry: Origins to the Last Frontier, both published by Springer.
