Operations, right information at the right time!

Operations have quite a bit of information to juggle and too much information can allow for human error (information overload).  So Charter and Go designed an operations solution to ensure you get the right information when you need it and avoid cluttering your screen with irrelevant information.  As an example:

You are looking at your upcoming trip.  At a glance you know which aircraft are ready for departure and which ones are not, your TSA is clear, eAPIS is good, all pilots that are scheduled to fly are up to date with their training.  You are able to see all of your dispatch items and see that the pilot has accepted the trip.  You then release your trip for departure

However, your aircraft is away, so how do you know the real status of your aircraft?  You watch your screen as the trip transitions from preflight to inflight.  The information being displayed changes to inflight status.  An estimated time of departure shows up with a yellow light indicating the flight is now 15 minutes late for departure.  The aircraft takes off and your screen is once again updated from Estimated Time to Actual Time… all is well.  But it’s not over yet, the trip updates again with the ETA.  Finally, when the aircraft lands, the screen updates one last time with the Actual Time of Arrival.   

An hour after the trip is over the data once again changes. This time it is information regarding your post flight processes such as the status of the flight log and pilot log.  Your pilots are happy because the trip details are automatically updated in their flight and pilot log.  All they have to do is validate it and click the sign button.
