Christian Huff -
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Christian, an Embry Riddle graduate, started his career as an engineer working on planes, missiles and boats. His love for the aviation sector drew him into the airline sector where he spent the next 20 years working in marketing, finance, pricing, and airline distribution. During that period, Christian pioneered several industry-firsts in the US airline industry including: uncoupling the pricing model of tickets, having the highest direct channel bookings in the industry while connected to third party distribution channels, and the first airline to have a dynamic booking engine. More recently at Sabre, he delivered key innovations with blockchain technology for interline ticketing, airline dynamic pricing, airline/agency contracts and legacy system offload analytics.,
In his role as Chief Executive Officer of Charter and Go, Christian plans to harness his deep knowledge in airline business processes and transaction processing to develop new innovative solutions for the charter airline sector. Continuing with tradition, he is looking to innovate in the charter space to help make the charter industry the preferred solution for like minded travelers.
Ben Vinod -
Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer
Ben Vinod serves as co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Charter and Go. His focus is to create value in the charter industry with the next wave of business innovations to create competitive advantage for Charter and Go’s customers.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Scientist at Sabre, a travel technology company, from 2008 – 2020, focused on advanced travel solutions. He initiated and ran the Artificial Intelligence Special Interest Group at Sabre to accelerate adoption of AI and Machine Learning methods.
He serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management. He served as the guest editor of a double issue on Revenue Management in 2009 and a double issue on Artificial intelligence and Machine Learning in Travel in 2021. He is the author of The Evolution of Yield Management in the Airline Industry: Origins to the Last Frontier, that will be published by Springer in 2021.

Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Dave Hobt’s career spans over four decades in the travel industry. During that period, he has
worked with large network carriers like American Airlines, US Airways, and United Airlines;
global distribution companies like Galileo, Sabre, Apollo and Worldspan; hotel aggregators like
SwitchFly; software development for hotel companies, connectivity to travel suppliers, air
freight companies and financial services.
Dave’s domain expertise ranges from reservations processing, inventory control, passenger
name record, airline pricing, ticketing, revenue management, hotel attribute pricing, blockchain
and related mission critical areas for large scale, high volume transaction processing.
As Chief Technology Officer of Charter and Go, Dave is focused on leveraging the rapid changes
in technology as it applies to charter operations, and addressing new value propositions in the
air charter industry to meaningfully add value to air charter companies and their customers.
Peter Moore -
Co-Founder and Chief Information Officer
Peter started his career with casino software and writing algorithms that enable the casinos in Monte Carlo to control the machines in the gambling halls. He progressed to work on some large-scale software solutions in South Africa for some of the largest mines and paper mills, which is where he gained a desire to fly and travel with many small charter flights to and from remote mine sites. Besides a stint at IBM, he has spent over 25 years in some of the largest travel companies in the world like Galileo and Sabre and worked on reservations transaction processing and built many new and initiative solutions spanning booking, payment and delivery of travel related products.
In his role as Chief Information Officer of Charter and Go, Peter is now focused on creative Cloud based solutions and easy to use interfaces for charter companies to maximize and grow their revenue streams. Peter’s vision is to create highly scalable and usable solutions using some of the latest proven technologies that will position the charter business for greater growth.
Joe Jennings -
Chief Creative Officer
For over 15 years, Joe has worked with some of the largest brands in the world, including Google, Harley Davidson, Sabre, Travelocity and Citi. He has specialized in working with innovation teams to bring new innovative concepts and technology to life. Through his time working with labs/innovation teams, he has applied UX and design to new trends and technologies like machine learning, predictive modeling and visualization, blockchain, augmented reality, virtual reality, biometrics, chatbots, etc.
In the travel industry, Joe continues to lead the charge to bring great innovative ideas to life. He has specialized in not only being the advocate for the end user through creating the ultimate user experience, but he helps sell the ideas and concepts to people and companies around the world.
Ross Darrow -
Chief Scientist
Ross Darrow’s career spans over three decades in the travel industry. Ross has worked at large network airlines like American Airlines and US Airways, and he has spent the last 18 years of his career at Sabre, the world’s leading enterprise software and global distribution system provider.
Ross’ domain expertise is in developing advanced statistical models, data science and Operations Research applications for airlines, hotels, rental car, cruise lines and travel distribution. He has leveraged his advanced analytical skills in the areas of revenue management, intelligent retailing, customer segmentation, air shopping, caching strategies, travel agency analytics and retail shelf optimization. Most recently, he has helped popularize modern data science and artificial intelligence techniques across Sabre with executive training classes, contributed articles to the AI newsletter and hands-on consulting to solve business problems for the business units and technology groups.
As Chief Scientist of Charter and Go, Ross is focused on understanding charter airline and charter airline customer pain points and developing new value propositions to aid frictionless travel.
Ann Vinod -
VP of Finance
Ann received her BA in mathematics from Oberlin College and a MBA in finance from the University of Massachusetts. After completing her education, she moved to Boston and started the MIS department to create automated non-financial systems for cost models at BayBanks.
After three years, she moved to Texas to work for American Airlines as an Operations Research analyst and re-wrote the capital budgeting system. She spent 23 years working in the travel and transportation business at American Airlines, Sabre and EDS working on financial and reservations systems, developing strategic architecture prototypes, managing the design and pricing of end-to-end infrastructure solutions for external clients, and managing the process of measuring service performance for external clients.
In her role as Vice President of Finance at Charter and Go, she is now focused on establishing the systems and procedures to enable her to oversee the company’s financial records, implementing the appropriate accounting practices, cost controls and designing the tools to analyze the company’s financial results over time. Ann’s vision is to create an environment that will position the company to achieve its long term, strategic financial goals.
Misty Barnett -
General Counsel
Misty Barnett has been practicing law for nearly 20 years helping innovative organizations
protect their ideas and bring them to market. For the first 8 years of her career, she was an
Intellectual Property Attorney for Air Liquide working on technologies in the electronics,
combustion, and food science fields. After working at Air Liquide, she went to Texas Children’s
Hospital to be the chief legal advisor to the hospital’s business operations and to create the
hospital’s intellectual property program. While at Texas Children’s she advised the hospital
through its first startup investment, a technology for predicting patient outcomes. This was
when she realized her passion for the tech industry and later moved to Silicon Valley to support
an early-stage startup eventually returning to Texas to work for Sabre, a travel technology
leader, as its Technology and Intellectual Property Attorney.
Misty is excited to be a part of Charter and Go supporting an exceptionally creative and
talented team as they innovate in the charter space to help make the charter industry the
preferred solution for like-minded travelers.
Demietrius Huff -
VP of Development
Demietrius started his aviation career in the United States Airforce where he gained a wealth of knowledge of aviation and leadership. While studying to receive degrees in both Software Engineering, and Computer Science, he managed to place first, second, and third, in three different intercollegiate hackathons. Demietry's software experience includes embedded software development, back-end analytical tools, and front end UI development.
Pamela Huff -
VP of Strategy
After attending Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Pamela Huff started her career in sales and later used her talents to raise money for the Foundation Fighting Blindness. In her first year, she proactively increased awareness for a notable cause and raised 3 times more revenues then the company had seen in any previous year and created a new standard for fundraising. Since that time, Pamela moved to the aviation industry where she supported airline and GDS initiatives from a finance perspective. Today, Pamela is Vice President of Sales strategy where she is combining her experience in sales, aviation, and finance to lead the sales strategy group to reach new heights at Charter and Go.
Peter Gossell -
Senior Developer
Peter is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has recently used his skills building a variety of desktop applications and has gained experience in several modern languages and frameworks. Including working in a data science internship, Peter is working on real-world solutions and developing software for end users. His interests include UI development, using Mathematics in various software solutions, and software efficiency.
Aaron Westhoff -
Developer
I am a graduate of University of Central Missouri,.where I majored in Computer Science and minored in Cybersecurity. During my time there I took part in school athletics and many school development projects. I am excited to be starting my professional career here at Charter and Go, where I can provide advanced charter solutions to the industry.
Lisa Tarlecky -
Sales Executive
Lisa Tarlecky is a seasoned professional boasting over 20 years of aviation management experience, complemented by a decade-long focus on marketing, sales, and digital strategies. Holding an education in Marketing and certified as a Digital Media Manager, Lisa has seamlessly integrated digital marketing into the air charter industry. Throughout her career, she has made significant contributions while working at renowned travel companies such as United Airlines, Atlantic Coast Airlines, World Airways, US Africa Airways, AirlineTariff Publishing Company, and SATO Traveland others.
Currently serving as The Ambassador of Buzz and the Creator of Opportunities, with Charter and Go, Lisa’s hands-on experience includes managing $120 million travel accounts and tour operators, implementing effective marketing and sales strategies, and steering customer service operations. Notably, she played a key role in the World War II Memorial capital fundraising campaign.
On a personal note, Lisa and her husband share a passion for sailing and travel, reflecting their adventurous spirit. This unique blend of aviation insight, marketing acumen, and sales expertise, coupled with Lisa’s passion for personal travel, dynamically positions her to help Charter and Go reach their goals in the evolving landscape of charter management solutions.
